Logistics Terms and Conditions

Before use Funocean Logistics services, please read the terms and conditions. Once you have made the order, means that you have agree with our terms and conditions.

 

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Funocean logistics transit station must not accept any payment term of Cash on delivery (C.O.D).
  2. Funocean logistics transit station never accepts any goods delivery by ordinary post, without checking or tracking system.
  3. Funocean logistics transit station only accepts and processes the goods issued by a shop and a waybill number with a customer’s good.
  4. All first or additional weight less than 1 kg (KG), will be counted as 1 kilogram (KG).
  5. Example 1: The total weight of all goods is 0.99 kilograms (KG), order will count it as 1 kilogram (KG).
  6. Example 2: The total weight of all goods is 1.01 kilograms (KG), order will count it as two kilograms (KG).
  7. Logistics fee based on the highest price of actual weight or volume of goods as the unit.
  8.  Example 3︰ actual weight of the goods is 1.2 kg (KG), but the volume weight is length × width × height / 6000 = 2.6 kg (KG), the logistics fee will use three kilograms (KG) as the unit.
  9. The actual weight and volume weight of cargo bases on Funocean logistics transit station as prevail.
  10. To protect customers, logistics companies only deliver goods to the specified address on the order.
  11. Specified address cannot be changed after order confirmation.

 

READ THIS IMPORTANCE RULES BEFORE YOU PLACE ORDER:

*Customer should know that we are taking your order to purchase, if the goods are get TAX , custom withhold goods , damages or Seller give a wrong color , size or less . We will not responsible for any compensation BUT we will try our BEST to help you Liaise with the seller. Quality of goods its your own judgement, we can only advise you to choose a high rank of reputation seller. Thanks for your understanding.* 

 

First, consignor and the carrier’s responsibility and commitment:

  1. Consignor or you and your authorized agency have to ensure the goods for carriers can be accepted by national laws and transportation departments. We, hereinafter referred as the carrier, refuse to carry the following items:

    • flammable, perishable or toxic, explosive, destructive, corrosive and radioactive dangerous goods;

    • drugs or drug taking related equipment;

    • pornographic books, photographs, sculpture, or apparatus;

    • the articles infringe trademark, copyright or intellectual property rights;

    • currency, VAT invoices, stamps or other negotiable securities, gold and jewelries, antiques, precious metals;

    • live animals, plants or seeds;

    • electronic devices;

    • powders, liquids;

    • non-genuine / imitation goods. (if any lose on sending non-genuine or imitation goods is occurred, , no compensation will be bared by our Company);

    • suspected to be non-genuine goods, even it is genuine but the price is unreasonably low;

    • goods are not allowed to import, such as traditional Chinese medicine containing controlled substances or materials;

    • goods cannot conform to “laws of Malaysia”, “Product Quality Laws of People’s Republic of China” and ” Consumer Right and Interest Protection Laws of People’s Republic of China” and other administrative regulations, departmental rules and regulations of national mandatory standards;

  2. Consignors agreed the right of the Company on waive or refuse to accept suitable way of transportation, intentionally or unintentionally withhold the true name and value of goods and carrying, mailing and transportation of goods is prohibited by National Law. Once violated, consignors are willing to bear all the legal and financial liabilities.

  3. Consignors or its agents guaranteed to accept and pay for the carrier, storage, return and transit cost of the goods published by the Company.

  4. If the goods polluted or damaged other goods due to overflow, leakage of any liquid or solid, or improper packaging of goods or other factors, the Company keeps the right to pursue all legal and financial liability.

  5. The Company did not accept payment term in cash on delivery (C.O.D).

The Company only accepts and processes goods with a waybill number. If the seller issues a waybill number for two or more goods, we will refuse to receive or will not take responsibility of any lose.

 

Second, the Disclaimer:

  1. The Company did not liable on delay, loss, destruction or confiscation caused by force majeure, such as war, riot, bad weather, flight delays, crash, typhoons, fires, floods, serious traffic accidents, natural or man-made disasters and the various situations beyond our control or due forfeiture caused by consigners.

  2. The Company did not liable for loss on delay or loss caused by indirect factors or other non-subjectivity faults.

  3. The Company did not liable on delay, wrong delivery and loss caused by the following reasons:

    • Due to the consignors provided the wrong or incomplete address, telephone number, the recipient’s address amendments or other area cannot be served.

    • Due to the carried goods from consignors violated relevant National policies and prohibited by laws, such as flammable, explosive, contaminated, corrosive, toxic powder, liquid, and other dangerous goods.

    • Due to any loss caused by no declaration from consignor and improper packaging.

As the Company logistics services are based on the packaging of received goods to issue after consolidation; if the goods are not properly packed and cannot meet the safety transportation standards or do not indicate to the Company on special material (such as valuables, fragile items, etc.), its damage and the responsibility will be shifted to the consignors.

 

Third, delivery lost arraignment:

  1. In cases of delivery lose is found, please e-mail to oceanworld68@gmail.com OR oceanworld78@gmail.com for verification.

  2. The Company will examine the case and decide whether to compensate or not, the compensation maximum is USD80.

  3. Any claims must be declared by sending the following information to the Company in Email format within 24 hours after receipt, the customer service e-mail is oceanworld68@gmail.com OR oceanworld78@gmail.com .
  • customers contact number
  • the photo of packaging when received the goods (a clear waybill number is required)
  • the photo of all China seller’s packaging when received the goods (a clear waybill number is required)
  1. The Company will not accepted any lose claim of timeout reporting,

  2. If the declaration content is against the Company prohibited goods, no compensation can be claimed.

  3. The Company reserved the final decision for any dispute.

Importance Information:

When you received your parcel, please check the parcel before you signed the waybill. If you found there is a item missing, please refuse to sign it. Take a picture of the parcel’s packaging , the picture must contain all the items you buy from China. Send an email to us stated which Seller and which items is missing. We will try our best to help you solve your problems but NOT refund you the money. Once you sign the waybill, means you agree to receive the parcel in FULL.

一般条款及细则

1)快乐海购物流不接受任何货到付款(COD).
2)快乐海购物流不接受任何以普通邮递配送货物,而无法通过系统追踪或检查的包裹。
3)快乐海购物流只接受和处理由一家商店发出的一个运单号只配一个包裹。
4)所有首重量是一公斤或额外的重量不到1公斤(KG),都被算作1公斤(KG)。
5)例子1:所有商品的总重量为0.99公斤(KG),都将计算为1公斤(KG)。
6)例子2:所有商品的总重量为1.01公斤(KG),都将计算为2公斤(KG)。
7)物流费用都是以最高价货物的实际重量或体积重量为准。
8)例子3︰实际货物的重量是1.2公斤(KG),但体积重量长×宽×高/6000= 2.6公斤(KG),物流费用将以3公斤(KG)为单位。
9)包裹的实际重量和体积重量都是以快乐海购物流所提供的为准。
10)为了保护客户,物流公司将把货物派送到指定地址。
11)订单确认后地址不能被随意更改。

客户应该明白和知道,本公司只是为您购买您要买的商品。如果货物不幸中税或者被海关扣查,这都不是我们的问题,但您放心如果真的中税的话,快递公司会上门跟你收取税金。如果中国卖家发错商品给你如颜色,尺码,款式,数量不对,我们不会为此对您作出赔偿,但是我们会尽我们最大的努力跟卖家交涉帮您解决。商品的品质好坏是取决於您自己的选择,我们只能建议您选择高信誉的卖家。一分钱一分货,想必这是每个人都懂的道理。感谢您的合作和理解。

 

第一,托运人和承运人的责任和承诺:

托运人或您和您所授权机构必须确保所托运的货物都是国家法律,交通等部门能接受并且合法的。我们简称为载体,拒绝托运以下货物:

  • 易燃,易腐烂变质或有毒,易爆,破坏性,腐蚀性和放射性危险品;
  • 药物或毒品相关设备;
  • 色情图书,照片,雕塑;
  • 侵犯商标,版权或知识产权的文章;
  • 货币,邮票或其他有价证券,金银珠宝,古董,贵金属;
  • 活的动物,植物或种子;
  • 电子设备;
  • 粉末,液体;
  • 非正品/仿冒品。 (如果在派送失非正品或仿冒品其间发生任何损,本公司不给予任何赔偿);
  • 怀疑非正品的商品,即使是正品,但价格是不合理的低.
  • 不被允许进口的货物,如中国传统医药含有禁药的成分或材料;
  • 拒绝托运不符合“马来西亚的法律”和违反“中国消费者权益保护法律"的的货物。

2)托运人或您同意本公司有权放弃或拒绝接受合适的运输方式,有意或无意隐瞒货物的名称和价值,邮件并运输而违反国家法律。一旦违反,货主都愿意承担所有的法律和金融负债。

3)货主或其代理人,保证接受和支付由本公司公布的商品为载体,存储,返回和过境费用。

4)如果所托运的货物溢出,泄漏任何液体或固体或因包装不当或其他因素的污染物而造成其他货物的任何亏损,本公司保留一切法律和财务责任追究的权利。

5)快乐海购物流不接受任何货到付款(COD).

6)本公司只接受和处理有运单号的包裹。如果包裹是没有任何运单号,我们将拒绝接收或任何损失不承担责任。

 

第二,免责声明:

1)本公司并不承担和赔偿任何由战争,暴乱,恶劣天气,航班延误,碰撞,台风,火灾,水灾,严重的交通意外,自然或人为灾害和所造成包裹延迟而间接害得您承受的任何损失。

2)本公司并不承担责任因延误或遗失所造成的间接因素或其他非主观性故障的损失。

3)如果包裹错误派送或延迟抵达,本公司并不承担任何责任和赔偿。特别是因以下原因所造成的:

  • 因货主提供错误或不完整的地址,电话号码,收件人的地址被修订过或快递公司不能送达的偏远地区。
  • 货主的托运了违反有关国家政策和法律的货物,如易燃,易爆,污染,腐蚀,有毒粉末,液体,以及危险品等违禁品。
  • 因没有进行申报所托运的货物和因包装不当而承受的任何损失。

由于物流公司都是收到货物才进行合并包装,因而如果从卖家收到的货物没有达到符合安全运输的标准,一些特殊的货物如贵重物品,易碎物品等,其损失和责任将被转移到货主身上。

 

第三,

1)如果包裹在运送途中遗失了,请电邮致oceanworld68@gmail.com OR oceanworld78@gmail.com向我们报备。

2)本公司将检查的情况,决定是否补作出赔偿,赔偿金额最高为80美元。

3)任何索赔必须在签收后24小时内连同以下资料以电子邮件形式发送至本公司的客户服务部oceanworld68@gmail.com或oceanworld78@gmail.com。

  • 客户联络号码
  • 收到货时包装的照片(包括清晰的货物运单号)
  • 所有的中国卖家的包装,收到货时的照片(包括清晰的货物运单号)

4)本公司将不会接受任何超时索赔(必须在24小时之内)否则一律不处理。

5)如果申请内容是违禁品并且之前没有向本公司诚实说明所托运货物是违禁品,一律不会作出任何赔偿。

6)本公司保留最终决定权。

 

重要信息:

当您收到包裹时,当场检查好包裹,不要急着签收。如果你发现有包裹缺少,请拒绝签收。请拍下包裹的外在包装的照片,还有所有你跟中国卖家买的全部包裹的照片。然后发送电子邮件给我们并且说明是哪一个卖家漏发/缺少什么货物。本公司会尽力帮您解决您的问题,但并不会作出任何退款/赔偿。根据国际快递运输条例,收件人<您>一旦签收了就意味着您同意包裹是完整的没问题,交付也即时生效。快递服务公司也完成了将包裹安全的交付於您的手中所以事后提出的任何异议快递公司都不会接纳和处理。
